Been trying to find new things to eat healthier and tried this quick breakfast.


Fell in love with Boca burgers…the one I’m using is the original vegan.. pretty low in calories about 140 a patty with 14g of protein plus taste great and I get my burger fix

1 egg

Romaine lettuce

5 asparagus spears

baked potato chips … store bought and totally optional


Season the Boca patty and  grill/pan fry the patty cook to package directions.  While it’s cooking sprinkle a little olive oil and lightly salt and pepper your asparagus and toss to coat the seasoning all over.  Bake at 400 degrees in the oven until tender.   Fry your egg and then you’re ready to assemble your burger.

Stack your lettuce, patty, egg and dig in!  I threw in a little light sriracha mayo for extra flavor.Healthy breakfast
